How much does shipping cost?
Shipping rates are determined based on the destination of your order and the total weight of the package.
We are pleased to offer FREE standard shipping on all orders totaling $150.00 or more, excluding taxes and any applicable discounts. This offer is applicable for shipments within the contiguous United States only.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected.
At this time, we only offer shipping within the United States. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding. But we hope the we can offer international shipping in the near future.
DOMESTIC & INTERNATIONAL:
If you haven't received your item after 30 days please contact us. All our orders come with tracking and we only work with trusted suppliers.
There are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; delivery issues are the responsibility of the shipping company.
Please note: The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Website pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier and appropriate tracking number issued for the package.
What shipping method do you use?
We partner with trusted carriers such as USPS, FedEx, and UPS to ensure your items are delivered securely and efficiently.
Do you offer package tracking?
Yes! We will provide you with a tracking number once your package is shipped. A shipping confirmation email will be sent, once your order has left our facility.
What if I am not at home for the delivery?
Anyone at home can receive the package on behalf of the customer. Usually the postal service will leave a collection slip if nobody is at home and you can then collect your package at the designated post office.
Tracking says my package is delivered but I haven't received anything. What should I do?
If your address is correct and your package says "delivered" but hasn't reached you please email our customer service within 48 hour so that we can assist you in resolving the issue and also contact the shipping company. Shipping costs are paid to our shipping partners, and once the package has been handed off to them it is their job to get it to you.
Shipping Damage:
In the rare event that your order is damaged during transit, please contact us immediately so that we can assist you in resolving the issue. Claims for damaged items must be reported within 2 business days of delivery and you must provide pictures of the packaging and the damaged item.
Please review your shipping address when placing your order. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
We CANNOT refund orders that have been marked as delivered to the address that you have given us. Inspired Image Boutique is not responsible for any items lost or stolen in transit.
